Climb Your Mountain wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built on cold mornings, hard trails, and the kind of silence you only find above the tree line. We curate expeditions for beginners and seasoned climbers alike — venturing into uncommercialised trails, lesser-known peaks, and remote campsites across the Indian Himalayas and Africa.
Based in the UAE, we run treks through the Hajar Mountains across the Emirates and Oman — open to communities, corporates, and private or public groups ready to trade the city for the trail. Every climb pushes you past the mental walls you didn’t know you had, drops you into mountain cultures and traditions worth slowing down for, and moves through these wild places with a Leave No Trace ethic.
A mountain has a way of asking questions you can’t answer at sea level. About your strength. Your fear. The parts of you you’ve never had to meet.
I’ve spent years chasing those questions — drawn to uncommercial peaks and forgotten trails, where the climb is between you and the mountain, not the crowd. Some climbs were wins. Some were quiet beatings. The one I carry with me is Mount Elbrus — four months into cancer treatment, somewhere on that frozen slope, I stopped thinking about the summit. There was just breath. One step. Then another. And by the time I stood on top, I understood something I couldn’t unlearn: strength isn’t something the mountain gives you. It’s something it pulls out of you.
That spark didn’t fade.
Ten years of climbing followed. Good days and brutal ones. Lessons earned the hard way. Somewhere along that road I became a NOLS-certified trek leader, an outdoor educator, and a Wilderness First Responder — not as titles, but as tools to keep myself and the people climbing with me safe in the places that matter most.
Climb Your Mountain is a community built for adventurers — outdoor lovers passionate about climbing and pushing past their limits, mentally and physically. We believe in learning from each other, growing together, and leaving the trail the way we found it. Every trip we curate stays true to that: Leave No Trace, small groups, fresh meals, good stays.
Big climb on your mind, or just the first step? Let’s talk adventures!
Adventure is not just about the places you go — it’s about the person you become along the way. The mountains have a way of stripping life down to what truly matters: resilience, connection, and the courage to keep moving forward when the path grows difficult. With every step you take, the world feels bigger, your limits feel smaller, and the version of yourself waiting at the summit becomes clearer.
Not necessarily. Many of our treks are designed for beginners with a good level of fitness. For higher-altitude expeditions or technical climbs, previous trekking or mountaineering experience may be required. Each trip description clearly outlines the required experience level.
You should have a good level of general fitness and be comfortable walking for several hours a day, often on uneven terrain. Some treks may involve hiking 5–8 hours daily. We recommend preparing with regular hiking, cardio training, and strength exercises before your trip.
Most of our expeditions are all-inclusive once you arrive at the destination. This typically includes accommodation, meals during the trek, permits, logistics, local guides, porters, and transportation related to the expedition. Flights and personal expenses are usually not included unless specified.
International flights, travel insurance, personal gear, visas, tips for guides and porters, and personal expenses such as snacks, drinks, or laundry are generally not included unless clearly stated in the trip details.
Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory for all our trips. Your policy must cover trekking or mountaineering activities, including emergency evacuation and medical coverage at altitude where applicable.
Accommodation varies by expedition. Depending on the destination, we stay in mountain lodges, tea houses, expedition camps, or remote wilderness campsites.
Once you book your trip, we will provide a detailed gear list covering clothing, footwear, and equipment required for the expedition. Some technical gear can be rented depending on the destination.
We keep our groups intentionally small and personal, usually between 6–12 participants. Smaller groups allow for better safety, stronger team dynamics, and a more immersive experience in the mountains.
Yes. Our expeditions are led by experienced and internationally trained mountain guides, many with certifications from recognized outdoor and mountaineering institutions. Safety, leadership, and mountain knowledge are at the core of every trip we run.
Our guides manage the pace to suit the group. We also work with assistant guides and local teams so participants can move at different speeds if needed. The goal is to make the experience enjoyable and safe for everyone.
Some of our treks reach high altitudes where altitude sickness is possible. Our itineraries are carefully designed with proper acclimatization days, and our guides are trained to recognize and manage symptoms. We monitor everyone closely throughout the trip.
Food varies by destination but generally includes fresh, hearty meals prepared locally by our chef. Expect a mix of local cuisine and familiar international dishes designed to provide the energy needed for trekking.
In many mountain regions, phone signal and internet are limited or unavailable. This is part of the experience—disconnecting from technology and reconnecting with nature.
You can book directly through our website or contact us to reserve your spot. A deposit is required to confirm your place, and the remaining balance is typically due a few weeks before the expedition.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the expedition and the logistics involved. Check out our policy for full details.
